Every new Beaverkill Fly rod and blank is covered by our 25 Year, original owner warranty. Beaverkill Rod will replace or repair the rod or blank, at our option, due to defects in materials or workmanship while it is still owned by the original owner. This warranty is not transferable. To validate the warranty be sure to register your new rod or blank with us either by returning the registration postcard or using this web site within 10 days of purchase.

If the rod is damaged due to some other reason we will replace or repair the rod, at our option, for a fee of $50 plus shipping and handling. This does not cover lost parts.

To request warranty work:

·The original owner must first call (1866 88BKROD) and request a Return Authorization Number then send the entire fly rod, including broken parts, freight pre-paid and insured, to the address we provide.

·Please include information concerning how the rod was broken and package the rod in its original or similar packaging.

Beaverkill reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with current models. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts.

For all return shipments within the U.S., the original owner will be responsible for a $25 shipping and handling fee to cover return shipping, insurance and processing. International customers will must pay the actual shipping and insurance charges.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, or blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, misuse or abuse, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
