Shipping

Unless you indicate otherwise, we ship Standard UPS Ground. Standard delivery will take 3 to 7 business days within the continental US. Faster service is available via UPS. You can make that selection at check out.

Once you Order

Once you place your order over the Internet you will receive the following e mail from us:
1. We will acknowledge receipt of your order.
2. We will e mail you when the order is processed and will provide an estimated shipping date.
3. When your order is shipped we will e mail you with the shipping date and the UPS tracking number. You can track your fly rod through the UPS system by going to the UPS website and entering the tracking number.

Buying over the Internet

For us to succeed we must satisfy you completely. We know you will be happy with the fit and finish of our US made fly rods. However, fly rod action is a matter of preference.

We are committed to getting you the fly rod action you want. You can't test our rods over the Internet, but you can test them, without pressure, at home.

When we send you a rod you have 2 weeks to test and evaluate it. If the action is not what you prefer contact us and we will give you a return authorization number (RA #). Send the fly rod back in its unused condition and we will send you another, either faster or slower action, depending on what you like. And we will do it again and again until you get the action you want. That is the beauty of our designs. . .a single line of rods with a range actions. And if we can't make you happy you will get a full refund.

Privacy

When you set up an account with us we ask for your contact information. We collect this information so we can contact you if there are any questions or problems with your order. The interest information we ask is optional. You control the information and can delete it or update it at any time.

We will never send you promotional information about Beaverkill Rod or share your name and information without your permission. Never.

Shopping over the internet is very safe. We take every measure to insure your credit card information is protected. All your information is transmitted over a Secure Socket Layer to ensure it is encrypted and can not be read by others. We use the services of Thawte, one of the largest Internet security companies to protect your information.
